I bought this model from my local luminous dealer in khan Pur, Delhi in year 2008. What I like about this ups is its long battery life, which can run ups up to an long hour. This ups come with micro –controlled processor, which makes it fast and reliable. One of the advantages of using this inverter is the small- compact design, which is very handy and does not carry extra space. The ups comes in black charcoal color which makes it a good looking ups. The ups come with bundled power cables and a manual with 2-year warranty card. Prima ups comes with a price tag of Rs.5990 which makes it a must buy for all ups users. This model comes with led indicator on the front panel of ups, which makes it easy to use. I personally thank luminous for helping me out in setting the ups. Customer service is another highlight of this ups which was missing from my old ups. I would recommend this model to people who still uses same old ups at their homes.

With the increasing power cut I decided to buy a brand new sine wave inverter, which I bought from my local luminous dealer 6 months ago. My earlier inverter was locally produced which breaks down due to high voltage. Due to regular power cuts in Panipat I often get late to my office so its becoming nightmare for me so on that day I decided to buy a brand new inverter from a trusted brand and I choose luminous. This inverter not only looks good but also works efficiently. The inverter comes with new technology called sine wave, which is far ahead in time. The ups has all major specification which I am looking out for, like automatic alarm function, over-trip audio, battery discharge protection, small looking. After using this ups, I want to be honest as possible the product is amazing, very responsive, well made. Finally I got Prima Ups from my local luminous dealer, after months of surveys and positive feed back from my relatives. This ups has all the relevant features, which I wanted. The ups look attractive from the design prospective. This ups gives extra long backup as compared to ordinary looking ups. One of the features I want to share is its smart overload feature, which automatically enhances the power of ups. This model also comes with unique features like automatic alarm functions and visual signals for low battery. I find this ups a user-friendly product and very convenient to use. This model comes with led color indications on the front panel of ups, which change its color after every mode like on low –battery it shows orange color and on normal power it shows green color. My old up was only compatible with my computer but prima ups can also run my printer as well as my modem/router. I would like to appeal all my friends who still use same old ups its time to wake up and adopt new prima ups from luminous. One of reasons why I bought this ups is its reasonable price

I have not witnessed any problems from the day one not even a single issue. One of the reasons why I trust only luminous is because of its quality, which we can’t deny, even the customer service is appropriate. The ups can run 6 fans and 6 tube lights at the same time, as we live in a joint family we need to ensure that each room is getting required power. The inverter comes in black color and looks cool. One of the advantages of using sine wave inverter is the uniformity in signals, which is good for sensitive products like laptops etc. I was not expecting such a friendly attitude from a company but luminous breaks the myth. I purchased this ups 8 months ago on installments. When I received the ups from dealer I quickly unboxed it. With the help of my father we installed the ups with computer. After connecting, we charge the ups for 8 hours as written in the brochure. From the first look it looks very nice and calm. On the front panel we can see a led indicator, which tells us about different aspects of ups like low voltage, low battery etc. One of the things I like the most about ups is the built in alarm function .As we know that power cut is a huge issue in my city of Jaipur one cannot let the things as they are so I decided to purchase this ups to save my time and resources. I recently bought this inverter for my office. As we know that Delhi suffers from power cuts but this time we have to face more power shortages due to new government policies. With the coming of prima ups in the market people defiantly found this product match their personality. As far as prices are concerned this product retails for very reasonable price.

I even signed a yearly contract with luminous for maintaining batteries. When of the most important factor which draws me to purchase is its reasonable price. My recommendation is to all inverter users to purchase only tubular batteries and save their hard earned money

I went to many shops but nothing fascinates me, on my friend’s request I purchased viva ups from luminous. From the first look it’s a sleek looking gadget and very good looking also. This ups comes with pre –installed alarms for different outputs. It also comes with deep surcharge protection, which keeps it fit for a long time. This ups takes 10 hours on initial charge but on regular charge it takes 8 hours. This ups range from 150 V AC to 275 V AC . To be honest I am completely satisfied with this product it’s a must buy product for each of you who still buy local ups. Luminous has really improved its customer service, now we can call any time on there toll free numbers. It’s an expensive looking gadget but it is made for the masses so price is very reasonable and affordable .
